Yes. We are licenced by the public carriage office as a Private Hire operator by Transport for London. Our Operator number is 0094960101. You can go to the Transport For London website and check our number. You can also do this with each driver that we use for bookings. As governed by Transport for London we have to be a licensed operator and that requires Public Liability insurance as well as individual passenger and car insurance for each vehicle we operate
Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
Bookings can be made by email (info@vipmayfair.com) or telephone (+44 203 589 8932). Please be advised that out of hour emergency bookings should be made by telephone to avoid disappointment.
We will monitor your flight, the driver will arrive after the plane has landed. We will give you one hour free waiting time after landing, if for any reason you are delayed further e.g.: hold ups at Customs, waiting time will be charged at hourly rate divided into 15 minute segments.

At Airports our drivers will meet you in the arrivals hall after you have cleared passport control and baggage claim with your name on the name board. Generally customs is a formality. If you are arriving by private aircraft subject to airfield restrictions we will meet you at the Aircraft. At ports we generally meet at the exit from the terminal after you have claimed your bags. Hotel collections are normally at the entrance or by arrangement with the door staff. For collection from residences we will arrange the most appropriate contact method. When meeting a client in the Airport and port they will try their best to assist with baggage. Our driver will load and unload the vehicle. You must check all your belongings are on board or removed upon departure or arrival.
Absolutely, all our chauffeurs wear dark suits, shirt and tie and give a professional look.

We accept most of credit cards, subject to a 3% surcharge as well as cash. A card is required to reserve a booking, you may choose how you pay at the time of booking or completion.
First time customers will be required to pay a deposit to secure the transport when making a booking, with full payment required before the journey takes place. We are also able to offer business accounts at competitive rates, which will be invoiced on a weekly/monthly basis. Payment can be made by bank transfer and we also accept all major credit/debit cards.
We are happy to discuss discounts for multiple reservations and repeat journeys.
We offer most types of seats and boosters we try to accommodate all needs on some occasions this is not possible as an example at short notice. We do not charge additional fees for this service.
Yes we do not pass your data to third parties. We are obliged by the regulatory authority to keep journey records.

In most cases, minimum hourly rental terms will apply. And there are many advantages to this structure, especially for special events and occasions. You have the same vehicle and chauffeur guaranteed for your entire service. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle. You have unlimited stops, the vehicle and chauffeur are available to you as directed. It is generally more relaxing to know that you have the vehicle at your disposal for the specified hired period.
Yes, there may be instances and occasions where a transfer service is possible with the exception of peak demand dates and events. A transfer is basically a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. Wait time, extra stops and additional driving around are not calculated in the pricing and would add the charges or revert the service to hourly if extensive. It is best to review all details at the time of reservation to determine what type of service will best apply.
